The Australian Manufacturing Workers’ Union WA Branch supports MATES in Construction because MATES supports our thousands of members in engineering and construction. MATES works because it empowers us to look after each other and is completely independent and confidential. The program relies on the strong trust that exists between workmates and gives us the confidence to make a difference in difficult times.
