MATES Big Lap is aiming for a legendary NINE laps around Australia this May.

MATES are Stronger Together. We might come from different industries, work for different companies, live in different towns, but we have a common cause – mates helping mates. Together we can encourage each other, try harder and make a difference!

• Help MATES raise awareness about mental health and suicide in our industry.

• Exercise is important for physical health and mental health.

• It only takes 3 weeks to make a habit, so let’s do 4!

Whether you are an individual or team, whether you walk, run, ride, wheel, swim or skate, and whether you’re really fit or getting started, this is the event for you.
