We continue to stay excited about the Industry we operate in but are also well aware of the hazards faced by our workers. Apart from the physical injuries that they can be exposed to, there is also the overwhelming harm caused through mental unwellness such as stress, anxiety and depression. It is even more alarming to learn that workers within our Industry are particularly more vulnerable to suicide. It is MATES excellent 3 step program and their strategic aim that provides organisations such as ours with the means to improve the mental health of our most important resource – our people.

We have been involved with MATES since late 2017 and are delighted to be one of their Tier 1 Industry Partners. MATES are a great and valued friend and resource to us and have been there to support us at our times of need. We look forward to our ongoing involvement with MATES and provide them with much needed funds to continue their training programs and get their message out to our Industry.
