For over 100 years, Hansen Yuncken has been delivering major commercial and institutional buildings and has been operating in South Australia for over 80 years.

Our people are the cornerstone of our success and supporting them and our workplace community is paramount to our business. Our Health and Wellbeing Program has been developed to increase the focus on workplace wellbeing and encourage a supportive work culture that promotes worker wellbeing.

As a construction business our focus has historically been about managing physical safety, but we recognise psychological safety and worker wellbeing is equally as important. Our Health and Wellbeing Program aims to create a thriving workplace and a safe environment where people can do their best and be their best.

Hansen Yuncken has been heavily involved in supporting the great work of MATES since 2013 and we are now pleased to continue that support as a MATES Tier 3 Industry Partner.

Since 2017, our Health and Wellbeing program has seen us engage with MATES in committing to achieve accreditation targets across our office and project locations. We are proud of our achievements which have been made possible through the great work and support from the team at MATES and together we have achieved accreditation across 5 Hansen Yuncken projects (including our head office). Going forward, achieving accreditation on our projects will remain a constant target.
