Outside Ideas

Outside Ideas specialises in large-scale landscaping works, civil construction, structural concreting, and ongoing landscape maintenance programs. Established in 2003, Outside Ideas has grown to a team of more than 165 full-time staff with locations in Adelaide and Melbourne, delivering world-class projects across the country in city and rural locations.

Outside Ideas values the wellbeing of all its employees. Staff members over the age of 35 are offered a bowel cancer screening kit for themselves and their partner once a year, as well as annual skin checks and ad hoc counselling appointments without the need for a referral from a GP. Outside Ideas has partnered with Mates In Construction since 2015, at which time a staff member came to company Director Aaron Superina in need of assistance working their way through a period of personal hardship. The Mates In Construction program was of such benefit to the company, Outside Ideas has been a member ever since.
