Director Steve Thomas first crossed paths with the team over 6 years ago and the relationship has grown from strength to strength. Becoming a bronze industry partner was the next natural progression to consolidate both companies together with the same core values and beliefs.

Train & Retain feel the GAT is just as important as a white card, it shows that extra care factor for staff, as mental health is an essential part of work health & safety in the modern workplace.

We promote the benefits of MATES training with great success, educating as many people as possible of the work they do every day in our Industry and the help that is available.

All our own staff are trained in GAT, Connector & ASIST, as it is our number one priority to have the tools available to help people doing it tough and this training has no doubt saved lives which no amount of money can buy.

Train & Retain specialise in the mentoring, management and recruitment of Apprentices and Trainees in the Construction Industry and to grow the next generation of tradies with a holistic approach.
